“Harro” Returns to Tahoe with Barrel-Centric Surf Film Surf and ski photographer Tony “Harro” Harrington shows new surf flick, "iON the Barrel," at the Tahoe Art Haus on Jan. 21 Tony “Harro” Harrington has been transforming his love for the ocean and the mountains into a professional lifestyle for the past 30 years. Raised just north of Sydney in Wamberal, Australia, he got his first barrel at age 12 and became a sponsored surfer by his teen years, all before discovering the mountains. Since then he has been skipping around the globe, documenting the mountains and oceans and racking up more than 150 cover shots along the way, including Shane McConkey’s first-ever magazine cover.
