Schaffer's Mill Update The July 4th weekend at Schaffer’s Mill was a very successful event. A total of 16 properties were sold for over $10 million in volume. This included half of the home sites in the new Alpine Ridge neighborhood and the first 4 Mountain Lodge models in the newly opened Vista Ridge neighborhood.
