Surf Air expands flight service to Truckee - By the way, on May 2nd Surf Air, a Santa Monica based airline, began service to the Truckee Airport. The route currently includes flights from Truckee to Burbank, San Carlos, Santa Barbara, Hawthorne and Las Vegas. Surf Air plans to expand flights to Monterey, San Diego, Sacramento, and Sonoma/Napa soon.
