After a successful grand opening of Tree
House, the Mountainside community continues to shine with another Home
Run Townhome going into contract yesterday and pending at a price of
$1,850,000. This leaves Home Run with just 3 residences left and only one
3 bedroom out of 16 total Townhomes. The sales offices at Northstar
in the Village and at the Ritz Carlton have been very busy with prospects
